Last week I cooked gnocchi with red pepper sauce which made double the quantity of sauce.  I froze the sauce and this week I used it to make Roasted red pepper eggs which we had with some lovely bread from Darvells the bakery in Berkhamsted.  It was really easy to make, to be honest the most difficult thing was remembering to take the sauce out of the freezer to defrost the night before!  The recipe like last week comes from BBC Good Food magazine and can be found here.    If you didn’t make the sauce last week but would like to make it now the recipe for that can be found here.
