This is a recipe from BBC Good Food and is honestly the easiest homemade burger recipe that I have ever come across. The results are delicious. The only thing that I do differently to the recipe is that I bake rather than fry them. I bake them at 180 C for 6 minutes a side, so 12 minutes in total. Make sure that the prawn burger is pink all the way through before eating. Here is a link to the recipe.
