Chocolate brownies

Chocolate brownies seem to be pretty much universally popular.  They are great as a snack at the weekend but can also serve as a dessert with a scoop of ice-cream and a few berries.  I make brownies from several recipes but these brownies from BBC Good Food magazine are great as they are gluten free. The recipe calls for chilli chocolate which I like but if you don’t fancy that they work just as well with plain chocolate or a different flavoured chocolate, perhaps orange would be good.  I should also say that one time I didn’t have any black beans so I used kidney beans instead and to my surprise you really couldn’t tell!
