Paneer is a lovely Indian cheese which will take on the flavours that you pair it with. I have made a pea and paneer curry for years which is delicious and I will probably share that at some point. I came accross this recipe in the new Thomasina Miers’ cook book, Home Cook which is full of great recipes that I am looking forward to trying.
I was intrigued to try this recipe and I have to say it exceeded my expectations, it is absolutely delicious. I can’t share the recipe but I urge you to look out for Home Cook, it really is a very good book and one that you would get years of use out of. I can however show you what I made.
