Fish and mango curry

This is a very simple curry, it is an ideal curry to introduce to children as it is not hot and has a lovely sweet flavour from the mango.  Feel free to miss out the broccoli and mini corn I tend to add to up the veg content for the children!  Quick fish curry with mangoThis recipe serves 4.
