Beef Lasagne

This is a great recipe to have in your arsenal as it freezes so well so I always try to make two at a time so that I can eat one and put the other in the freezer for a rainy day.  I often just make it up as I go along but this time I decided to follow a Mary Berry recipe which I have to say worked extremely well.  Her tip of leaving it for a few hours for the flavours to develop is a good idea.
